Ā Nutrition and hydration and how you fuel your body throughout your training and on race week can make or break your race. You can put in an incredible 16 + weeks of training and hit all your workouts perfectly, only to have it all fall apart if you don't fuel correctly. With 15+ years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, and 4 Boston Marathons under her belt, Lisa Nelson shares her expert tips on how to fuel during training, race week, race day and recovery. Fueling needs are highly individualized but there are some basic principles that every runner should know.

Strength training is an essential piece of the training puzzle that busy runners often forget. A well-designed strength program can make or break your fitness and performance. It can be difficult to add something more to our already busy schedules, which is why I have designed this basic 15 min program to get you started.
