With experience in clinical settings, public health, and wellness, I’ve worked with everyone from kids to athletes and those dealing with eating disorders. Outside of work, I love running, weight-lifting, and spending time with my family. I’ve completed 4 Boston Marathons, and I’m passionate about helping others find sustainable ways to improve their health, body composition and CRUSH personal records on the run or in the gym!
