I’m Lisa Nelson, a Registered Dietitian and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience. I help you set achievable goals and create personalized plans that work with your busy life. Whether it’s weight loss, fueling athletic performance, or managing food restrictions, I’m here to empower you to feel confident in your body and reach your full potential.

With experience in clinical settings, public health, and wellness, I’ve worked with everyone from kids to athletes and those dealing with eating disorders. Outside of work, I love running, weight-lifting, and spending time with my family. I’ve completed 4 Boston Marathons, and I’m passionate about helping others find sustainable ways to improve their health and feel their best—mentally and physically.
