I'M LISA.

Hi! I’m Lisa—a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, and RRCA Run Coach. I love helping people set realistic goals and create a plan that actually fits their life, so they can reach the results they want. My goal is to empower my clients to feel confident and in control of their health, one step at a time. I’ve been a Registered Dietitian for over 15 years and have worked in a variety of settings, from hospitals and public health to wellness, management, and consulting. 

I specialize in working with endurance athletes to dial in everyday nutrition to get results in performance, energy and body composition. We dial in long-run and long-ride fueling, hydration strategies, race-day plans, and smart recovery—so they can train harder, bounce back faster, and stay healthy through peak volume. Whether you're chasing a PR, taking on your first marathon or triathlon, or balancing demanding training with a busy life, I will help you build simple, sustainable routines that actually fit your schedule.
